Return, exchange and cancelation

Products that Farmse India sells directly to you are covered by our return and exchange policy. This page will reflect any changes to the policy. Refunds, exchanges, and returns are at the website provider's judgement. Exchanges and refunds are typically declined due to the nature of the products sold on the Site. To request an exchange or return, email info@farmseindia.com with your order number and a photo of the item. Please be aware that returned or exchanged goods (where we allow a return or exchange) should keep their original labels. Damaged or unlabeled goods will be returned to the customer without payment.

Refunds can be initiated in the case of replacement or return of the products and the amount can be transferred to the registered bank account of the customers in 3-4 working days. 

In case of replacement, we can replace the order after the due procedure in 5-6 working days.
