At FarmSe, we take utmost care in ensuring that all products are delivered in the best condition. Due to the nature of our products, items are not eligible for return or exchange once delivered in a secure and intact condition.

  • No Refunds or Replacements:
    Products purchased as part of this offer are not eligible for refunds, returns, or replacements under any circumstances.
  • No Cancellation Post Dispatch:
    Once the order has been processed or dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.
  • Quality & Nature of Product:
    Mangoes are a natural and perishable product, and slight variations in size, color, ripeness, or appearance are normal and do not qualify for returns or complaints.
  • Acceptance of Terms:
    By placing an order under this offer, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the above terms and conditions.

Damaged or Missing Products

In case your order is:

  • Delivered in a damaged condition, or
  • Any item is missing from the package,

We will offer a replacement.

Claim Requirements:

  • Must be raised within 2 days of delivery
  • Share clear photos and videos as proof

Mango-Specific Policy

Since mangoes are a natural product, slight variations are expected. However:

Rotten / Spongy Mangoes

  • Compensation (replacement or coupon) will be provided only if more than 50% of the mangoes are found rotten or completely spongy from inside.

Claim Requirements:

  • Must be raised within 2 days of delivery
  • Share photos and videos clearly showing the issue

Size / Weight Concerns

If you feel there is a discrepancy in size or weight:

Claim Requirements:

  • Share a short video weighing 7–8 mangoes individually on a digital weighing scale
  • If validated, the difference amount will be credited accordingly
