Refunds & Cancellation Policy
At FarmSe, we take utmost care in ensuring that all products are delivered in the best condition. Due to the nature of our products, items are not eligible for return or exchange once delivered in a secure and intact condition.
Damaged or Missing Products
In case your order is:
- Delivered in a damaged condition, or
- Any item is missing from the package,
We will offer a replacement or refund.
Claim Requirements:
- Must be raised within 2 days of delivery
- Share clear photos and videos as proof
Mango-Specific Policy
Since mangoes are a natural product, slight variations are expected. However:
Rotten / Spongy Mangoes
- Compensation (replacement or coupon) will be provided only if more than 50% of the mangoes are found rotten or completely spongy from inside.
Claim Requirements:
- Must be raised within 7 days of delivery
- Share photos and videos clearly showing the issue
Size / Weight Concerns
If you feel there is a discrepancy in size or weight:
Claim Requirements:
- Share a short video weighing 7–8 mangoes individually on a digital weighing scale
- If validated, the difference amount will be credited accordingly

Ensure that:
- The shipping box with label is visible
- The damaged or affected products are clearly shown
Refund Timeline
- Approved refunds will be processed and credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
Note: Claims without proper evidence or raised beyond the stipulated timelines may not be eligible for resolution.
