Accountant (FMCG Industry)

Key Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day accounting, ledgers, vouchers, and reconciliations
  • GST compliance – returns, reconciliations, notices, audits
  • Accounts payable & receivable, vendor and customer reconciliations
  • Inventory accounting (RM, WIP, FG)
  • Quick commerce reconciliation (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, etc.)
  • Bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring
  • Monthly MIS, P&L;, and cost analysis support
  • Statutory compliance – TDS, Income Tax, audits
  • Coordination with CA, auditors, and consultants

Must-Have Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in FMCG accounting
  • Strong GST & inventory accounting knowledge
  • Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel
  • Understanding of distribution, margins, and trade schemes

Good to Have

  • Quick commerce or e-commerce accounting experience
  • Modern trade reconciliation exposure

Warehouse Operations Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and manage our warehouse operations. The role involves ensuring efficient storage, handling, and distribution of our FMCG products including A2 Gir Cow Ghee, cold-pressed oils, nuts, and seeds. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and a focus on process optimization and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory management, order fulfillment, and dispatch.
  • Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of goods to distributors, retailers, and clients.
  • Maintain proper documentation, including stock records, quality checks, and regulatory compliance.
  • Monitor and optimize warehouse processes for efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Supervise warehouse staff, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards for organic and perishable products.
  • Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to streamline supply chain operations.
  • Implement and maintain warehouse management systems, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and inventory controls.
  • Analyze operational metrics and generate reports for management review.
  • Handle escalations, troubleshoot operational issues, and propose process improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in warehouse/operations management, preferably in FMCG, food, or organic products.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse safety, and food storage standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and warehouse management software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
